I am a passionate leader motivated by coaching, developing, and building high performing teams that deliver outstanding business results in a dynamic work environment. The majority of my professional experience is related to management and supervision in retail locations, warehouse as well as counseling youth at risk. For the last few years, my work has been supporting contact centers from the direct project management side that supports the technology standpoint; specifically Knowledge Management and Communication Services. My goal is to find a position where I can utilize my skills in talent management and process and organizational change management. I have a keen sense of identifying the needs of the customer and matching up the software programs that satisfy the needs of the end users.
