Stewart Bloom is a Senior Operating Executive for Golden Gate Capital where he has had a business affiliation since 2006. Stew is Chairman for cyber security solution provider Neustar Security Services, for CCaaS platform company LiveVox, and Chairman for K-12 cyber security provider Securly. He is a member of Golden Gate’s software & tech-enabled services investment team. Stew has been a Director and Senior Advisor to multiple companies in the B2B software, technology, and professional services sectors. His tenure includes Chairman & CEO of Aspect Software, CEO of GERS Retail Systems, CEO of Escalate Retail, Executive Chairman of Symon Communications, and a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair of Infor, and Board Advisor to Ensemble Health Partners. While leading Aspect Software, a global customer engagement solutions company, Stew guided the organization through a substantial transformation and restructuring program, incorporating multiple acquisitions and investments, while creating a 100M SaaS contact center and workforce management line of business within the company. Previously, he was CEO for Escalate Retail from its inception in 2006 through its acquisition by supply chain solution provider RedPrairie (now JDA/Blue Yonder) in 2011. Prior to Escalate, he held positions as CEO for GERS Retail Systems (acquired by Golden Gate Capital), Vice President, Americas Technology Services for global consultancy CapGemini, and Senior Vice President for Mainspring, joining prior to its IPO and subsequent acquisition by IBM. Earlier, Stewart was a Partner with Ernst & Young Management Consulting following E&Y’s acquisition of DSSI, where he was Vice President, Marketing & Sales. Stew previously served in other technology company governance roles as a member of the Board of Boulder, CO-based B2B communications agency Leopard Communications (acquired by Ogilvy/WPP) and Minneapolis, MN-based merchandising analytics solution provider Quantum Retail.
