Founded in 1985, Altair is focused on the development and application of simulation technology to synthesize and optimize designs, processes and decisions for improved business performance.

I am incessantly curious about how things work and why things don't work. I like to bring this curiosity to my work everyday. I then implement solutions from the gained knowledge to improve my workflow and that of those around me. I am also fixated on documenting and sharing what I know with those who are looking for answers so that I can go work on new things...and learn new stuff. I think at the intersections of different fields and come up with ideas to solve real world problems. These days my days are spent in helping transform large swaths of our organization to a new working model. I believe in Service-based Leadership at all levels and try to emulate that. I fill in the gaps in order to help my team and to help my colleagues grow as teammates and also as individuals.
