Completed over 30 global acquisition and joint venture transactions, from “tuck in” to substantial, including the acquisition of another public company substantially increasing the company’s total addressable market. Served as a key connection to the investment community representing Altair at over 30 investor conferences and non-deal road show events over three years. From IPO, helped drive a fivefold increase in share price propelling market capitalization to almost $5 billion. Prior to Altair, served as CFO at three high growth enterprises ranging from fintech to mortgage banking and large-scale distribution. Helped guide the fintech business through numerous acquisition and joint venture transactions, coupled with a substantial financing not customary for a privately held enterprise. At the mortgage banking company, led a complex cross border IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange within one year from joining the company as the business grew five-fold. Steered the distribution entity from family to ownership under Bain Capital leading a series of transactions in an industry roll up. Recently appointed to the board of Priority Health, a $5 billion health care insurer. Named as an advisor to a Midwest based VC fund focused on technology investments. Longstanding board member of one of the largest social service umbrella agencies in southeast Michigan serving as Treasurer and Audit Committee Chair. Previously chaired the Pension and Insurance Committee. Former board member of a Virginia based savings and loan.
