I’m an experienced sports manager dedicated to helping others engage in programs, events and activities for the benefit of competition, health, balance, enjoyment and friendship. Helping people to get involved in Sport is a passion of mine and through the events and programs I have developed I have seen students, staff and the community benefit from improved health and wellbeing, an improved work/life balance, the ability to achieve their best competitively and form long lasting friendships. Prior to my current role I worked in local government at Coffs Harbour City Council. I commenced working in this organisation whilst completing my internship as part of my Bachelor of Business in Hotel and Catering Management at Southern Cross University in 2005. My proven strengths include my attention to detail, ability to form strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders along with my ability to listen, communicate and motivate those whom I work with. I am focused on achievement, self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
