I have worked with clients from Retail, Human Resources Management and Information Technology companies over the past 15 years. Through a consistent client-focused approach, my personable and memorable flair for networking and rapport building is only exceeded by my energetic and informed solutions to complex business issues that appear. After finishing my degree in HRM in 2013, I realised through my research and study that the world will be fundamentally changing in the next generation and business procedures and processes must be ready to assist with this massive change to day-to-day living. Driver-less cars, video conferencing and automated living is changing the way IT professionals do their jobs, I can only foresee these changes becoming more apparent in the following years. Living internationally has enriched my life with a culturally sensitive style of interpersonal relations, and I thrive in business cultures where discussion and cooperation is key to successful resolution of issues. Though currently employed in a technology focused role, I have worked in retail, banking and medical sectors for long enough to understand the different skill set that each person brings to very different roles and the mutual respect that can come from understanding your clients position before, during and after meeting with them. Currently I am focused on learning more about the technological advances that are slowly penetrating the Australian economy and hopefully utilising these positive changes to better assist any organisation that requires assistance.
