I'm responsible for the commercial organizations in Spain and Portugal and supervise Italy, Greece, Rumania, Bulgaria, and the manufacturing sites in Spain (Olot) and Italy (Catania). In 2009 I joined Pfizer as a result of the merger and acquisition of Wyeth -Fort Dodge as the animal health division- where I was HR manager since 2008. In 2010 I assumed in Pfizer Animal Health, the position of Learning and Development Manager. In 2013 Pfizer Animal Health has become in Zoetis, an independent animal health company and I was appointed as HR lead for Iberia, developing an HR generalist position. Previously I performed for 5 year the position HR manager for ratiopharm. (multinational company, pharmaceutical generics sector, human health) From 2001 to 2003, I was working at WANADOO ESPAÑA ( currently Orange), in the HR department as recruitment and staffing specialist. From 1999 to 2001, I was working as a Consultant specialized in recruiting for Caja Madrid ( Bankia) and TELEFÓNICA DATA CORPORACIÓN. For both companies as acted as a external consultant but being part of the HR team, working together and reporting to the HR director.
