I’m experienced in end-to-end recruitment — from initial client consultation and diagnosis to hiring and retention. My staffing and recruiting experience mainly involves high-mix and high-volume consultation services to solopreneurs, startups and Fortune 500 companies; helping them find freelancers for part-time to full-time positions in the administrative, customer service, content writing, web and software development fields and more. Being part of a globally distributed premium services team with a goal of providing white glove client service and solving complex problems, I’ve learned people skills come in handy. You need to be an excellent communicator and have a real passion for helping clients.My free time is normally spent on personal development activities, tinkering with new technologies and software programs, and having a good laugh.
