•More than 20 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in fast-paced office environments •Experience monitoring and maintaining complex budgets and personnel records accentuating legality and completeness, with attention to detail and sensitivity to confidentiality •Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish •Strong aptitude in Office XP, internet research, budget monitoring and desire to build on existing technical skills •Ability to interact well with diverse personalities and function as part of a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
