I love solving puzzles. Jigsaw puzzles, logic puzzles, brain teasers, and more, each one is a new challenge that I can't wait to complete. Fortunately, I've been able to use those same problem solving skills in my everyday work in project management. You always start with the basics (edge pieces of a puzzle, or scope of work for a new project), and you build from there. Be it a small design tweak, or a complete overhaul, I look for the best solution possible whether or not it's the easiest... and then I provide a few backup options just for good measure.
