I am a leader who is passionate about delivering technology solutions that work, mainly in the Microsoft SQL Server and IBM i technology spaces. Before I joined SP+, integration was passing well-timed data files via FTP and hoping for the best. We have a long way to go, but through my leadership, our systems are becoming truly integrated in real time. Before working in my current capacity, I was mostly working as a consultant in various organizations, including FedEx, Discovercard and Kraft Foods. I also worked at smaller organizations, giving me an opportunity to work closely with everyone from the shop-floor manager to the CEO. I am also eager to expand my craft, where be it improving my leadership or technology skills. I enjoy all stages of project development, from inception to planning to execution to delivery. I am at my best when I get to partner with business stakeholders and work with a team of developers. I jokingly say that I am bilingual because I can communicate business and technology concepts equally well.
