In 2001 I joined the Bellagio team and quickly moved into the role of front service supervisor.When MGM transfered to paid parking in 2016 I became the Regional Training Manager for Standard Parking Plus. My region consisted of the 12 Las Vegas MGM properties.As a trainer/designer I compiled the policy and procedures. 70+ pages which covered 5 employee classifications (both union and non-union positions). After working with legal I was able to train both service and standards to all 700+ employees.I desired to get back into management and became manager of parking at the Luxor in November, 2017 with a team of 50+ employees. I am proficient in Excel (creation and application), presentations/PowerPoint, Photoshop, scheduling, budgeting, and strategy.
