After having spent two decades commercializing innovation, I have gone back to my roots and am driving innovation. Always Labs is creating a portfolio of high-value innovations for licensing by companies that want to get ahead. We look at value first and create products that delight and amaze. I have built successful businesses around great innovation in enterprise software, hardware, and services. As a marketing leader, I focused on leading teams and building capabilities like account-based marketing (ABM), go-to-market (GTM), digital marketing capabilities, deployed frameworks for marketing campaign metrics and perormance marketing, leading sales developlment/lead gen teams, analyst relations, PR, communications, branding, and product launch frameworks. Coming through product management, product strategy, and product marketing functions, I also bring product launch, product validation, product marketing, positioning, P&L management expertise. This journey has enabled me to build domain expertise in business applications, SaaS, enterprise software, machine learning, big data, HR tech (recruitment, performance management, learning management systems), hardware, and services. That said, and sorry for the keyword dump above: I love seeing great innovation reaching its full potential. Deeply understanding its value, building a great product around it, fitting it it into the right ecosystem, understanding what each stakeholder in the buying process needs, getting the word out there and building a great brand with emotional and rational resonance. I’m a marketer with deep roots in product and a strong commitment to help sales win. Big businesses are built one win at a time. I also love to help people come to their full potential, and I love hiring people with lots of it. Everyone deserves a chance to grow.
