It all started with Big Bird. Well, it was Joan Ganz Cooney, really. She co-created Sesame Street, and she ignited my passion for telling stories and building purpose-driven brands. For over 12 years, I managed, actionably listened to, and created communities, designed digital experiences based on data, led teams that celebrate diversity and individual voices. I am curious and energized by the challenge of building a brand because I believe in its ability to do good for the team, the organization, and the planet. But what does that actually look like? The soul of storytelling is in its specificity, so let’s get down to the details with problems I am proud to have solved: - Generated $50M in revenue by nurturing an orphaned channel - Managed a marketing mix with budgets between $500 to $1M / mo. Super excited about a test that exceeded the ROAS goal by 4x - Achieved 2B+ brand impressions from omnichannel campaigns that incorporated public relations, content marketing, TV and film, social creators and influencers - Led creative production for 10+ content shoots with budgets ranging from $500 to $350K - Designed a campaign that raised over $1M for a corporate social responsibility partner How do I do it? By mindfully making data-driven decisions, efficiently using resources (the team, dollars, time, materials), and connecting with consumers. I foster cultures that encourage a sense of integrity, inclusivity, and connection with the team and the end-user. Because when we’re in it together, we deliver the strongest results.
