Jeff has over 15 years of experience building a successful business framework and turning it into a renowned brand. He is poised to lead the next phase of The NOW’s expansion across the US and disrupt the spa industry. Jeff is a business innovator who thrives in a high-growth environment. His philosophy is to surround himself with great people and empower his teams to be creative, different, and accountable. He believes by investing in his team, he can deliver a superior experience for both franchise owners and guests. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Jeff currently resides there with his wife and 2-year-old son. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, a global community of extraordinary chief executives. Jeff is also involved with the non-profit Cycle for Survival, leading a team that has contributed over $100K in the last 5 years. Under Jeff’s leadership, The NOW will launch over 100 franchise locations around the country.
