The Swiss Industrial Group (SIG) sold SIGARMS in October 2000, to Michael Lke and Thomas Ortmeier, two German entrepreneurs. Mr. Lke and Mr. Ortmeier, both successful in the industrial textile industry, were looking to expand into new business sectors. Their new ownership has provided SIG SAUER with a renewed sense of pride and ownership that is reflected in our commitment to our customers, suppliers and shareholders.

I am a customer focused hands-on leader who leverages my business and technology talents to solve business problems and enable IT as a strategic partner. I strongly believe in building a solid organization of talented professionals which inspires innovation and challenges their limits. I have demonstrated success working with and delivering complex IT solutions for applications and infrastructure. I am significantly experienced in M&A and consolidation activities having supported business and technology integrations for over 30 acquisitions.
