Mr. Lke and Mr. Ortmeier, both successful in the industrial textile industry, were looking to expand into new business sectors. Their new ownership has provided SIG SAUER with a renewed sense of pride and ownership that is reflected in our commitment to our customers, suppliers and shareholders.
