After managing Nuance’s employee expansion while the company grew from 30M to over a 1B in revenue, Leslie started her Executive Search and consulting firm, McCue Group, helping international technology companies launch or expand in the US. She returned to Nuance to manage the West Coast employee expansion as well as leading Global R&D recruitment for both the Mobility and Healthcare divisions. Leslie is now at Roku and is excited to work with such great, talented people; helping them scale as streaming TV expands into homes worldwide. Since she has joined, Roku has hired over 400 new employees.
