Retrophin is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of drugs for the treatment of catastrophic diseases that are debilitating and often life-threatening, and for which there are currently limited patient options.

Executive Director with twenty years of increased responsibilities in the Orphan Drug/Bio-Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations and Analytical functional area. Proven track record of accomplishments in establishing and leading overall commercial operations functional area, developing commercialization strategies, formulating key market insights, and building critical global infrastructure/systems to support the successful launch of PCP, Specialty and Rare/Orphan pharmaceutical products in a complex global marketplace. - Highly skilled in leading and providing strategic commercial assessments, marketplace insights development, and performance analytics capabilities which include market research, sales force deployment/sizing, customer segmentation, patient identification, targeting, sales force effectiveness, managed care opportunities, forecasting, product-life-cycle assessments, and portfolio optimization. - Expertise in establishing and managing key global commercial data and reporting infrastructure in a HIPPA/GDPR compliant manner including, 3rd party data acquisition, internal HUB and Specialty Pharmacy data management, SFA systems (Veeva), Commercial data warehouse, closed loop marketing (CLM), analytic tools/dashboards, standard reports/KPI’s, and data quality processes. - Experience in leading and leveraging available resources through all corporate life-cycle phases including the lean, financial constrained, start-up phase through expansions, downsizing, co-promotes and acquisitions. - Proven success in building and leading highly motivated, knowledgeable and empowered teams that excel in achieving results and meeting timelines. - Broad breadth of experience and knowledge in all facets of Commercial Operations including 17+ years of demonstrated success with incentive compensation & award programs, Sample Admin/PDMA, Sarbanes-Oxley, Pharma Guidelines, Sunshine Act/Aggregate Spend, Fleet Admin, HIPPA, and GDPR.
