Retrophin is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of drugs for the treatment of catastrophic diseases that are debilitating and often life-threatening, and for which there are currently limited patient options.

Senior director with sixteen years of increased exposure and responsibilities in the Bio-pharmaceutical Commercial Sales Operations and Analytical functional areas with proven track record of accomplishments in establishing overall sales promotional strategies and critical infrastructure/systems to support the successful launch of both PCP and Specialty pharmaceutical products in highly competitive and managed markets. - Highly skilled in leading and providing strategic commercial assessments and analysis including sales force deployment/sizing, customer segmentation, targeting, sales force effectiveness, managed care opportunities, marketing program ROI, forecasting, business development, and portfolio optimization. - Expertise in establishing and managing key commercial data and reporting infrastructure including, 3rd party data acquisition (IMS, Symphony, Specialty Pharmacy/HUB), SFA systems (Veeva), CRM data warehouse, closed loop marketing (CLM), analytic tools/dashboards, standard reports/KPI’s, aggregate spend, and data quality processes. - Over 13 years of demonstrated success in designing and administering highly motivational sales force incentive compensation and award programs. - Experience in leading and leveraging available resources through all phases of corporate life-cycles from the lean financial environment during the start-up phase through expansions, downsizing, co-promotes and acquisitions. - Proven success in building and leading highly motivated, knowledgeable and empowered teams that excel in achieving results and meeting timelines. - Broad breadth of experience and knowledge in all facets of Commercial Operations including Sample Admin/PDMA, Sarbanes-Oxley, Pharma Guidelines, Sunshine Act/Aggregate Spend, and Fleet Admin.
