Retrophin is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of drugs for the treatment of catastrophic diseases that are debilitating and often life-threatening, and for which there are currently limited patient options.
·HR professional with 20+ years experience successfully managing HR functions including benefits, compensation, HR technology/systems and payroll. · Strong background in HR generalist activities: performance management, employee relations, recruitment, employment law, compliance, training and development. · Strategic in designing programs and plans to drive high performance and retain top talent. · Innovative in designing and implementing business practices resulting in efficiencies and cost savings. · Influential in leading change management. · Strong leadership and communication skills as evidenced in highly effective staff and working relationships throughout all organizational levels. · Mergers and Acquisition experience. · Advanced technical skills: MS applications, Workday, HRIS data conversions, interface file programming, portal content design & management. · Benefits-related experience: CDHP medical plan design, wellness plans, 401(k), ESOP, Non-qual Deferred Comp, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, LOA. · Compensation-related experience: Hay, Hewitt, Towers Watson, Base Pay Structures, Variable Pay Plans, Long Term Incentives, Stock administration.
