I partner with a variety of FinTech and Banking leadership to develop operational strategies aimed at improving process performance and quality while lowering cost. As new technologies, communication channels, and omni-channel customers disrupt how companies sell their goods and services, I work with organizations to help evolve customer experience operations to help maintain high customer loyalty and retention, word of mouth marketing, and increase share of wallet.
