Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Development from Regis University and a Master’s Degree in Education and Human Resources Studies with emphasis in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University. Kim is certified in Conflict Dynamics Profile, DDI Targeted Selection, Birkman First Look, Hogan Assessments and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
