I`m also one of the leading APA/KHT auditors in Finland specialized in the audit of listed Finnish companies. My special expertise is the understanding and knowledge of the opportunities and challenges in Retail, Wholesale, Private Equity and Financial sector companies. I also have extensive knowledge in developing internal control environments, solving comples IFRS accounting issues and helping companies in their mergers & acquisitions processes. I have a long histrory of working and communicating at Board and Audit Committee level and developing their working processes.
