Martyn Curragh sits on PwC’s US Leadership Team where he serves as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Portfolio Strategy, a role in which he objectively assesses the firm’s performance and identifies strategic growth opportunities. Previously, Martyn served as PwC's U.S. Deals leader and has distinguished himself as a seasoned deal specialist with extensive experience in global and cross border deals, serving private equity and corporate clients in the U.S. and around the world. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transactions aggregating over $30 billion across a diverse group of industry sectors including media and publishing, consumer products and retail, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace and defense contracting. Martyn has been with PwC for over 20 years, working in both the U.K. and U.S. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and received his undergraduate degree in economics from the Queen's University of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
