As a founder and Managing Partner of Artesian Hospitality Matt has ultimate oversight of the groups activities, new ventures and acquisitions. Having grown exponentially over the past 4 years, Artesian is one of the premier hospitality groups within Australia with over 500 employees and $50m+ in annualised revenues. Matt is also the Managing Partner at Arrowhead Capital Management, a family office that manages a pool of assets. He has primary oversight and responsibility of the investment and operation of the fund's acquisitions. Matt has over 12 years of legal and advisory experience and, prior to joining ArrowCap, was a former Director in the Financial Advisory division of international professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
