Provides opt-in payroll deduction programs to help customers' employees finance purchases of computers and home electronics and appliances.
•Self-motivated, ambitious, and highly focused employee who owns and manages the HR process •Establishes strong executive relationships to be a true strategic partner and demonstrate commitment to business success •Proven ability to create open lines of communication and trust through a professional and approachable attitude •Demonstrated track record handling delicate HR situations with poise including progressive discipline, sexual harassment, discrimination and employee termination •Experience managing career development plans to new and current employees •Diligent attitude and analytical process management skills with strong attention to detail, including new hire onboarding activities, reporting and presenting data, benefit reconciliation and testing, payroll administration, and performance/salary review evaluation •Knowledge and practice working with employment laws: FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, PDA, Title VII, FCRA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, HIPPA, etc. •Passion for professional development by providing training in all areas of Human Resources •Familiarity working with a variety of HR management software systems: PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Finance, ADP Workforce Now, Halogen, Workbrain, HRWeb, Taleo, Tableau, E-Verify, Socialcast, and IRSS •Proficiencies in Microsoft Outlook (Advanced), Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Intermediate), and Publisher (Beginner)
