Developing and analyzing reports from SAP of citywide information for the director and leadership team, used in the development of decisions for the bureau and citywide. Fulfills all public records requests for the bureau, working closely with the City Attorney’s Office to apply applicable exemptions under ORS 192.501 and ORS 192.502. Provides support and leads bureau process improvement projects employing the Denver Peak Academy methods, taking on additional special projects as assigned. Continually updating and maintaining all of the BHR webpages and online presence.
