My focus is on Information Security governance best practices and continuous organizational process improvements. My current effort is on crafting a NIST Cybersecurity and risk-aligned security framework that delivers lasting value for the City of Portland and aligned communities. I have successfully implemented the NIST’s Cybersecurity framework and found simple governance and operations techniques to leverage the framework without administrative overhead.
