Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer @ Marley Spoon handling with full P&L responsibilities for North America. Experience with all aspects of retail and manufacturing including supply chain, IT, store operations, and merchandising. In addition, I have experience in the direct oversight and leadership of FDA-regulated manufacturing. Background in Food, VMS, Sports Supplements and Proteins, Apparel, Home, Cosmetics and Alcohol industries. Experience as a Senior Executive (multiple C-Level Roles) directing Manufacturing, Merchandising, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Experience in property management, transportation operations, order fulfillment operations, store operations and customer service, distribution network, call centers, and inventory optimization management. Leadership roles include global supply chain initiatives and operations functions at multi-unit locations ranging from 10,000 to 650,000 sq. feet. Lead, develop and manage executive direct reports responsible for over 3500 associates. Extensive customer contact and sales management experience. 3PL distribution and delivery experience. Have led distribution operations in facilities over 2 million square feet and processed in excess of 3.5 billion (cost) in goods annually Specialties: Union experience and also union-avoidance experience, WMS and TMS roll-outs, 3PL (Third Party Logistics) as well as store operations.
