With a career spanning over 15 years in IT, I am a hands-on technologist who excels at designing and building high performing IT infrastructures and the teams to support them. I have a passion for high transaction rate, scalable, cutting edge technologies, striving to find the best balance of performance and cost to support growing product lines. Just as important, I am able to translate complex technology directives to a broad audience, keeping the business informed and moving the road map forward. I have extensive experience in Ad Tech as an infrastructure manager including cloud technologies and storage, and particularly excel at internal corporate IT and building teams to scale with rapid company growth. I am a flexible, hands on manager, with a solid background in systems administration, able to lead from the front, staying close to the infrastructure which my team supports. I have built and managed application development teams as well as combined development and operations teams (devops), and my project management experience ensures projects are delivered on time, in budget, and with a high level of quality.
