Chief Marketing Officer

P.F. Changs China Bistro, Inc. (P.F. Changs) owns and operates two restaurant concepts under the names P.F. Changs China Bistro (Bistro) and Pei Wei Asian Diner (Pei Wei). As of December 28, 2008, P.F. Chang's owned and operated 189 full service Bistro restaurants that featured a blend of traditional Chinese cuisine. The Companys restaurants offer flavored, culinary creations, prepared from ingredients, including herbs and spices imported directly from China. The menu features traditional Chinese offerings and dishes. Its menu is complemented by a full-service bar offering a selection of wines, specialty drinks, Asian beers, cappuccino and espresso. Additionally, two Bistro restaurant located in Hawaii are operated under a joint venture agreement. As of December 28, 2008, it owned and operated 159 quick casual Pei Wei restaurants.

I am the Chief Marketing Officer at P.F. Chang’s, where I oversee the restaurant, ecommerce, and retail businesses for the brand exceeding +$1B in annualized global sales. I have over 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, foodservice, and multi-unit distributed retail leading iconic brands across both corporate and franchise business models. During my time with P.F. Chang’s, my team has won multiple creative and digital industry awards, including recognition from Nation’s Restaurant News and Newsweek among others. In 2021, I was honored to be named to the Top Women in Restaurant Technology list. Prior to P.F. Chang’s, I was with Grupo Bimbo, the largest baked goods company in the world where I worked on building multiple brands including Sara Lee, Thomas’ English Muffins, Entenmann’s cake, and Arnold / Oroweat bread. I have extensive experience over the course of my career in brand strategy, consumer insights, public relations, sales planning, trade marketing, pricing, digital marketing, guest experience programming, loyalty, digital technology, customer lifecycle management and database marketing analytics. I am a Fulbright Scholar and graduate of Washington University in St. Louis (B.A.), Seton Hall University (J.D., Business Law) and Emory University (M.B.A., Brand Management). I currently live in Scottsdale, AZ with my husband and daughter.
