P.F. Changs China Bistro, Inc. (P.F. Changs) owns and operates two restaurant concepts under the names P.F. Changs China Bistro (Bistro) and Pei Wei Asian Diner (Pei Wei). As of December 28, 2008, P.F. Chang's owned and operated 189 full service Bistro restaurants that featured a blend of traditional Chinese cuisine. The Companys restaurants offer flavored, culinary creations, prepared from ingredients, including herbs and spices imported directly from China. The menu features traditional Chinese offerings and dishes. Its menu is complemented by a full-service bar offering a selection of wines, specialty drinks, Asian beers, cappuccino and espresso. Additionally, two Bistro restaurant located in Hawaii are operated under a joint venture agreement. As of December 28, 2008, it owned and operated 159 quick casual Pei Wei restaurants.

I currently serve as VP of Global Marketing for P.F. Chang’s and Pei Wei leading the brand marketing efforts for both brands internationally, in airports and retail products within the U.S.P.F. Chang’s has evolved to become the dominant Asian dining brand internationally, opening in more than 22 countries around the world. Pei Wei has evolved to be present now in 10 airports within the U.S. and is quickly emerging into the international field. On the retail side, P.F. Chang's has quickly grown to dominate the Asian frozen food segment.Prior to my current role at P.F. Chang’s, I worked for Brinker International where I served as a Director of International Marketing for the Chili’s brand. In 2007, I started as Senior Marketing Manager for the Global Business Development area where I drove guest counts and profitable sales in the Latin America region. In March 2009, I was promoted to Director of International Marketing, where I oversaw the Latin America, Middle East and Asia regions along with the Hispanic efforts for Chili’s in the U.S.My career also includes over 10 years of experience within the telecommunications industry. During this time I had the opportunity to work with Nokia Mobile Phones -both in global and regional capacities- where I was accountable for the development of regional marketing strategies, plans and media buys that resulted in positive sales growth for the company. Previous to Nokia, I worked with Nextel Mexico during the exciting period of aperture of the telecommunications industry in the country.Since January 2016, I've been honored to serve as a board member for Empower College Prep, a charter school in Phoenix serving the underprivileged children in The Valley. I am excited to work with the Empower team, so that we can continue to endow low-income children with education, purpose and character so they can transform their lives and community.
