P.F. Changs China Bistro, Inc. (P.F. Changs) owns and operates two restaurant concepts under the names P.F. Changs China Bistro (Bistro) and Pei Wei Asian Diner (Pei Wei). As of December 28, 2008, P.F. Chang's owned and operated 189 full service Bistro restaurants that featured a blend of traditional Chinese cuisine. The Companys restaurants offer flavored, culinary creations, prepared from ingredients, including herbs and spices imported directly from China. The menu features traditional Chinese offerings and dishes. Its menu is complemented by a full-service bar offering a selection of wines, specialty drinks, Asian beers, cappuccino and espresso. Additionally, two Bistro restaurant located in Hawaii are operated under a joint venture agreement. As of December 28, 2008, it owned and operated 159 quick casual Pei Wei restaurants.

Experienced Chief Financial Officer (MBA and CPA) with significant and diversified experience in finance, strategic analyses, operations, m&a, accounting, management and administration. Served on the Board of Directors and chaired committees for both publicly held and not-for-profit companies. Fourteen years of experience as CFO of large public companies. Direct P&L responsibility as group president of a manufacturing division while also serving as CFO. Extensive experience in financing structures and capital markets as well as communicating with outside stakeholders. Strengths include the ability to grasp complex strategic and operational issues quickly and develop effective solutions to problems. Particular emphasis on initiating programs to ensure creation of shareholder value.
