Experienced legal advisor to public companies listed (or seeking to list) on either Nasdaq or the NYSE undergoing rapid growth both domestically and internationally. Substantial international experience, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Focus on building corporate governance and compliance processes, U.S. SEC public company and other international reporting (if also listed elsewhere), managing Boards of Directors, capital markets transactions, and M&A working as an integral member of cross-functional inter-departmental teams with senior leaders and with the Board of Directors. Also experienced to advise in a full range of in-house legal matters, including risk management, equity plan administration, employment, commercial contracts (supply and manufacturing), intellectual property, licensing, and managing litigation. Significant experience in each of the renewable energy (wind and solar), software, and computer hardware systems industries.
