Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and prepare/present programs to groups from diverse backgrounds; comprehend complex programs; keep accurate/detailed records and reports; exercise critical human relations skills; and maintain confidentiality.|Ability to coordinate programs for all aspects of HR, including recruiting, labor relations, compensation, training, benefits, employee relations and affirmative action programs. Updated and manage Human Resources policies and procedures to insure compliance.
