Current focus: Transforming the way software is delivered to customers and blending several acquisitions into a single whole for Siemens. My leadership focus is organizational transformation and continuous evolution. Business and technology constantly evolve. Organizations need the direction, tools, skill and culture to remain sustainably relevant. Competitive advantage must be actively sought through active leadership and quasi venture capitalist mindset. So what do I bring to the team? Some selected points: Seasoned Executive with broad management experience in Operational, Customer Facing, and G&A functions. I have managed,Sales, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service organizations. My experience level is from start up through $1+B revenue organizational sizes. A background in technology supported by the problem solving skills taught to an engineer enabled the necessary critical thinking for a manager, but it was the time invested in me by mentors and the great organizations I was a part of that made me an effective leader with focus on the success of those around me. Some highlights: Lead both SAP and Oracle based organizations. First Oracle 11i conversion, First Oracle Release 10 conversion, First customer of Oracle ERP system, Second Customer Oracle Financials (after Oracle). I understand tier one ERP systems as both a business line manager and a CIO. Maintained highest employee satisfaction ratings several years running.
