I have Worked in Foodservice management for roughly twenty years. Currently I am the Vice President of Supply Management and Procurement. I previously led a division in our company focused solely on Darden Restaurants and Red Lobster from both a Operations and overall Supply Chain efforts. Prior to that I worked with various Casual Dining cooncepts at MBM, now McLane Co. and their daily activities while leading teams of Account Managers and Procurement Analyst.
