A dynamic and innovative Sr Business Partner/ Manager that brings broad and progressive tactical process and strategic human resources generalist and manager experience. Responsible for executing company-wide, as well as, location-specific HR initiatives and functions. Assist in developing, implementing and administering strategic HR projects, that include: employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, career management, managerial effectiveness, change management, and other people/team development initiatives. Work with Executive Management in respective areas to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
