Experienced Human Resources Assistant with practical, hands-on experience in human resources and manufacturing in a leading semiconductor company. My B.S. degree in Management and Organizational Studies. I've recently worked in high pressure, clean room manufacturing environment at Intel, Hudson, MA where we aggressively applied LEAN methodology and safety and quality procedures. Previously I worked in a consumer goods company as an Assistant doing all the administrative tasks in human resources record keeping, assisting with recruiting and hiring, training, benefits administration and completing research and data collection for projects. I also have experience in maintaining the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). I've maintained personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements, human resources and wellness communications production boards and prepared Personnel Action forms for pay increases, title changes, benefit files, changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and SPC+. I am Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), Peoplesoft and SAP.
