As Director of Human Resources for Lydall, I have over 25 years of progressive Human Resource and employee relations experience across all of our businesses. I play a key role in developing innovative plans, processes and activities to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees. I also serve as a business partner with the management teams delivering feedback on group dynamics and resource initiatives. The ability to influence decisions and to develop positive relationships both internally and externally is a key objective.
