I am the Director of Human Resources at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a national law firm with offices in New York, Palo Alto, Washington, DC, New Jersey and Utah. In this role I manage all day-to-day Human Resources functions, with emphasis on: Compliance Compensation and Benefits Employee Relations Training and Development Performance Management I admit to being an HR geek and am passionate about all areas of my work. Leading strategic and operational initiatives is an important part of what I do. But the best part of each day, for me, are those times when I work directly with employees, providing coaching and guidance to help manage difficult situations or performance issues, or just providing a shoulder to lean on for a moment. A healthy sense of humor is a job requirement in this business, and a day without laughter is unheard of in my world.
