Michael has extensive experience in the design, development and revitalization of cities, communities, campuses and neighborhoods – as well as design experience for all segments of the housing industry – Build-For-Rent, single family (production and custom homes), multi-family, campus housing , mixed-use, retail, commercial, Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) and design guidelines. Michael’s expertise has allowed him to serve as Chairman of the American Institute of Architects National Housing Committee and on the AIA’s Livable Communities Committee.
