KTGY s architects and planners combine big picture opportunities, modern sustainable practices and impeccable design standards to help create developments of enduring value.

With over 20 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering Industry, and as a Licensed Architect in the state of Colorado, in 2022 I decided to leave the corporate world and embark on an entrepreneurial path focused on the Real Estate & Design industries (and spend more time with family)! Now, I am the Owner and Operator of GrayRek Properties; named after our two boys Grayson and Rekker. Our focus is on flipping homes and ownership/management of both short- and long-term rental properties. On top of that, in 2023 I ventured into another enterprise with some of my closest colleagues as a woman owned and operated agriculture and cultivation business.
