Experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) C-level experience in addressing the strategic and operational challenges facing professional services firms, including improving profitability through delivering operational efficiency and continuous improvement; optimising structures to support growth; and implementing new operating models. Works alongside CEOs and Managing Partners to define strategies, developing and leading teams to deliver results. Significant experience in leading the delivery of strategic projects such as the transformation of Business Services organisations (encompassing Marcomms, HR, Technology, Digital, Data, Knowledge Management, Risk and Operations), the integration of teams into the client facing parts of organisations, and building new capabilities, most recently in the areas of digital, data, risk and project management. Previously COO at global sector leading brands such as real estate consultants Knight Frank and law firms Clifford Chance and HFW, with global turnovers ranging from £2bn to £199m. Experience as a COO in Asia, leading significant change projects including the formation of a Formal Law Alliance in Singapore; the set-up of a new office in Jakarta; developing a Global Shared Services Centre in Delhi, and restructuring business services operations in SE Asia to create an operating platform capable of supporting rapid business growth. All projects have been achieved whilst maintaining leadership and management responsibility for operational aspects of the respective firms. A very strong focus on the potential of people and creating the environment for them to develop their careers.
