Experienced Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO) / General Manager C-level experience in addressing the key strategic and operational challenges facing professional services firms, particularly law firms, including creating structures to support growth, implementing new operating models and improving profitability through delivering operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Work alongside managing partners to define strategies, and lead teams to deliver results. Recently led the delivery of strategic business transformation projects including the set-up of Clifford Chance's associated office in Jakarta and the formation of a Formal Law Alliance with Cavenagh Law. Led operational transformation projects, such as developing the firm’s Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Delhi and restructuring the business services operation in SE Asia to create an operating platform capable of supporting rapid business growth.
