As a senior member of Knight Frank's research team I am responsible for producing a number of the firm's flagship thought-leadership publications,. These included 14 editions of The Wealth Report, The Rural Report and the Knight Frank Luxury Investment Index. These show that Knight Frank not only understands its clients' property needs, but also their other interests and aspirations. I believe that great printed publications, backed up by coherent online and social media strategies, still have the power to tell amazing stories that can build an ongoing relationship between brands and their clients, customers and partners. However, I don't believe in content for the sake of content. The best stories are the ones that share something new and interesting with the reader, not those that simply try to push a corporate message or products. As Head of Rural Research, I am fascinated by the emergence of Natural Capital, Nature-Based Solutions, Offsetting, Biodiversity and Net Zero as some of the biggest issues affecting rural property owners. Our clients have been doing many of these things for years, but now they offer potential new income streams and exciting opportunities.
