James works in the Guildford office of Knight Frank and joined the firm with an extensive knowledge and experience, having covered the Surrey area for over eight years. James is 'Head of the Town Market' with the specific remit of specialising in the sale of homes within the town centre and its immediate environs. Highly motivated, James maintains the success he has achieved by listening to the needs and managing the expectations of both client and buyer. Property in all its guises has been a major influence for over 20 years whether it’s been the physical refurbishment/development of property or in sales/marketing. James lives in Guildford with his partner Kate and their two children Darcey and Teddy.
