Creatively negotiating and drafting intellectual property licensing and franchising agreements is the primary focus of my practice. With over 25 years of experience, I have successfully represented licensors and licensees, and predominantly franchisors, in the consumer products/services area, including food and beverage, as well as in the industrial design and fashion retail and accessories areas. I specialize in: - implementing client brand objectives via licensing or franchising; - creating effective strategies for procuring, protecting and enforcing global intellectual property assets Professionally, I frequently lecture and write on licensing and franchise matters for IP and franchise organizations and publications. I’ve been listed for many years in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Intellectual Property: Trademark & Copyright where my clients noted that I have "tremendous business savvy and [I am] tenacious in [my] work ethic."
