My Kenshoo journey continues! After a year as a Product Director, focusing on making some of our backend solutions self serve for our clients, I am now leading our Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams. Our focus is to get new clients onto the platform with speed, open communication, simplicity and dedication. My passion for this domain has been there almost from day 1 in Kenshoo. Some of the ways to do this include introducing automation and new tools to the team, improving QA processes, improving internal communication with other teams in the Client Success organization, implementing a culture of perfection and building expertise across regions. Our teams are also responsible for implementing solutions for our clients, from fully baked 3rd party integration with our partners, to ad-hoc solutions for a variety of problems.
