Jerry Runnquist is a Partner and Manager of the Nordic region at ISG. To ISG clients Jerry brings more than 30 years of management consulting experience working with executive management across industries on strategic IT to Business alignment and specifically on leveraging strategic sourcing as an enabler of IT and business transformation. Jerry Runnquist founded the Nordic region for ISG in 2007 and has since led its expansion across the Nordic region. For ISGs Nordic clients Jerry has initiated, led and supervised numerous engagements encompassing strategic assessments of IT support for business, transformation of IT services including optimization and rationalization of service delivery as well as complex sourcing programmes. During his years with ISG Jerry has advised executives at the largest Nordics companies particularly in the Financial Services sector but also in the Manufacturing, Retail and Energy sectors Through this work Jerry has acquired extensive understanding of how organisations best can prepare for and manage the fusion of IT and Business leveraging the supplier markets capabilities to support their transformation. Prior to joining ISG, Jerry was the co-founder of a local advisory boutique specialising in IT and sourcing management advisory for Nordic clients. Prior to this Jerry held various management and executive positions on the supply side of the industry with IBM and Tieto/Enator. Responsibilities spanning business development and service delivery as well as corporate strategies and M&A activities. Jerry holds a master’s degree from Stockholm School of Economics
