I could list all the experience from the jobs I've had but everyone can do that. The unique experience and knowledge that I've gained comes through working my way through a company from stock picker and janitor to picker supervisor. From picking supervisor I went to Operations Management. The next step was sales and sales management. I also got a very unique look at the ownership aspect of business as a result of working for a small business for many years and the unique mentorship of the owners. Through this experience I feel that I have the ability of understand where people are coming from in all aspects of the workplace.
